* Sometimes during the tanning process the skin may develop a hole or tear, which will cause some of the fleece to felt together. In this case, the skin got all wrinkly and the base of the fleece felted together. While it doesn’t look as pretty, it’s incredibly thick and would make a fabulous rug or seat cushion for any home.
