It is naturally non-allergenic, and resistant to water, dirt, flame, and bacteria. It will last for years with minimum care—by brushing, shaking, or hanging on a line outside. If needed it can be spot or hand washed with a gentle soap and water.

What can you use a sheepskin for? They are great for sleeping on, gentle on the skin, temperature regulating, and allow for airflow—helping to alleviate rashes and avoid bed sores. They’re cushioning and comforting, making them great for infant car seats or strollers; as well as bed underlays, car, wheelchair, or saddle seat covers. They make beautiful throws on furniture, wall hangings, or rugs—and they’ll become your pets’ favorite place to lie.”
